Before you call

Straight answers

Every question people ask before a first call, answered plainly. If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is quoted in writing after one call. We do not publish a rate card because the work ranges from a five-page site to a firm-wide rebuild with a brand system behind it, and a number that is right for one is wrong for the other. You will have it the same day, and it will not move.

Do you work with firms like mine?

Our clients today are an executive search firm, an electrician, a personal trainer, a workspace products brand, and an education nonprofit. The work is the same underneath: be found, be chosen, and know why. If yours is unusual, say so on the call and we will tell you straight.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Once you pay, it is all yours, and your domain is registered in your name from day one.

I already have a website.

Good. We will check it and tell you: fix or rebuild.

Do you write the content?

Yes. We write every word. You approve it first.

What do you need from me?

One call, a few answers, your logo, and photos.

What happens after launch?

We host it, update it, and send a simple report.

How long does it take?

You see a working preview of your site within 48 hours of the call. For a standard site, once you approve it, it goes live in three to four days. A larger build with a brand system behind it is scoped on the call.

How do I know it is working?

Every month you get a plain-English report. It shows the searches that found you, where your enquiries came from, and which pages are actually bringing you work.

Can you take over from whoever built my site?

Yes, and we do it often. We move the website, the domain, and the email across without downtime. We do not need your old developer to cooperate.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month. If you want to leave, you take the site with you.

What happens to my site if I stop paying?

You keep it. Your domain is already registered in your name, and we hand over the website and its content. Hosting, security, and the AI tools switch off at the end of the month you have paid for.

Is my website accessible?

We build to the common standard: real text rather than words baked into pictures, headings in the right order, everything reachable by keyboard, and color that passes the contrast checks.

Does the AI receptionist sound like a robot?

It sounds like a person and it says it is an assistant. It will not pretend to be you, and anything it cannot handle goes to you as a message.

What if a customer asks it something odd?

It takes a message and tells them you will call back. It is built to hand over rather than guess.

I am not on Google at all.

Then that is the first job. A verified listing, your pages structured so Google and the AI assistants can read them, and your name in the places they draw answers from.

What is the pricing and profit review?

We sit down with your job list and your prices. We work out what each kind of job really costs you and really pays you. You leave with a price list you can defend and a clear view of which work to chase and which to stop. We are not accountants, and this is not investment or tax advice.

I have a problem that is not on this list.

Tell us what slows you down. Our toolkit runs deep: AI video, product photos, ad creative, and custom software for the odd cases.

Don’t get left behind.

A missed call turns into someone else’s customer. One call, plain answers, and you see the plan before you commit.
