Our website and services are intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this site, submitting our contact form, or opting in to text messages, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Our services
Akrodos provides digital services for businesses, including website design and development, reputation management systems, marketing automation, and AI-powered tools. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Payments
Project engagements typically begin with a deposit, with the balance due before final launch, as stated in your proposal. Recurring services, such as care plans and monthly subscriptions, bill automatically on the schedule in your agreement and renew until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; charges appear as AKRODOS.
Refunds and cancellations
Project work. Deposits become non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a project mid-engagement, you are responsible for work completed to date; any prepaid amounts covering work not yet started will be refunded.
Recurring services. You may cancel a monthly service at any time by emailing info@akrodos.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
Annual prepayment. If you have prepaid for a year and choose to stop, we refund the whole months you have not used. Where we waived the build fee because you chose the annual plan, and your cancellation takes effect within the first six months of the term, the waived build fee is deducted from that refund. After six months nothing is deducted. You keep the website, its content, and your domain.
Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review and correct any confirmed error promptly.
SMS terms
Program description. The Akrodos SMS program, operated by Akrodos, a brand of Kymatos LLC, sends conversational text messages such as replies to your inquiry and appointment or service updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, the program may also send special offers, discounts, and product updates. You enroll by checking the applicable consent box, unchecked by default, on our contact form at akrodos.com/contact. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out. Text STOP at any time to cancel and unsubscribe from further messages. After you text STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Information collected through the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at akrodos.com/privacy.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your engagement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless your agreement states otherwise. Third-party tools, themes, and licenses remain governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
Our services and this website are provided "as is." While we work to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amounts you paid us for that engagement.
Any pricing and profit review we provide is management consulting. Akrodos is not a financial advisor, investment adviser, accountant, or tax preparer, and nothing we provide is investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
